"Agnes is a new sextet of improviser-composers featuring Rob Clutton (double bass), Bea Labikova (reeds), Mira Martin-Gray (electronics, voice, noisemakers), Doug Tielli (trombone, guitar, voice, singing saw), Kevin Turcotte (trumpet), and Mark Zurawinski (drums). The group's distinctive instrumental palette flows between delicacy and power in equal measure. "
