Part of the residency BPM (Big Percussion Meeting)
Southern Cross
"Announcing Season 2 of BPM (Big Percussion Meeting)! Over the next five months, join us the 3rd Friday of every month at 9:30pm, with each evening showcasing six performances from solo percussionists across various disciplines.
Onwards we continue exploring the breadth of the term 'percussion'. Bringing together performers from vast backgrounds to exchange musical ideas, with heavy emphasis on improvisation and experimentation, these gatherings strive to create a confluence of ideas unearthing the uniqueness of each performer.
The five residency dates are:
November 20th December 18th January 15th February 19th March 19th
Tranzac Southern Cross (front room) 292 Brunswick Ave
All events in the Tranzac Southern Cross are PWYC, no one turned away for lack of funds. The venue is wheelchair accessible."
