A New Year with Day Jasper
Dwi Riana is a Toronto based indie-folk singer-songwriter originally from Jakarta, Indonesia. Catch her live at Tranzac with various guests, every first Saturday from October to March, leading up to her debut album release “Songs from the Yellow Couch”.
This month's show will be two acoustic sets with Dwi Riana and Day Jasper. Riana will be playing songs from her new album with support from cellist Jill Sauerteig. With an opening performance by Day Jasper, a singer/songwriter based in Toronto. Day Jasper’s sentimental and vulnerable lyrics evoke strong emotion that is amplified even further with just her voice and acoustic guitar."
