Please join Maryem Tollar and Aviva Chernick for this very special concert of music from the regions surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. This project began 15 years ago when they were invited to explore the repertoire for a concert at Alliance Française de Toronto. Then life happened. Maryem and Aviva are excited to revive their arrangements of this music. They will be singing primarily in French - but also in Spanish, Arabic, Ladino and Hebrew. They will be joined by Patrick O'Reilly (guitar), Joska Tollar (bass), Jaash Singh (drum kit), Ernie Tollar (wind instruments).
