Toronto Folk Festival Presents: Tranzac In The Round

"Toronto Folk Festival proudly presents our May edition of Tranzac in the Round! Join us on May 11th at 7pm in the Southern Cross for an intimate night of music and storytelling.

This month’s show will feature Angelina Mackinnon and @Dougal Bichan, hosted by Phillip Vonesh

Here to bring a little light in the dark Angelina Mackinnon is a Canadian-based pop musician. Her music is renowned for its eclectic fusion of traditional sounds with modern beats, resulting in an invigorating mix of energy, personality, passion and skillful musicianship.

Dougal, a Gaelic name that means “dark stranger”, and a unique singer/songwriter, based in Ontario, has been creating music all his life. He is a storyteller whose music is singer/songwriter, troubadour, Urban Folk, Folk Blues style, thoughtful, intelligent, sometimes topical, sometimes universal, delivered with flair.
