If you did not receive this message and think you should have 1) Please check your spam folder 2) If you still can’t find it, we had a few emails bounce and maybe one of those was yours 3) Reach out to secretary@tranzac.org outlining the specifics of your understanding of your membership status. Details about the meeting and how to check your member status follow below.
The TRANZAC Annual Meeting of Members will be held Tuesday November 11, 2025, at 7:30, doors will open at 6:30. We welcome all who support the TRANZAC to be active members and to participate in the upcoming Annual Meeting of Members. You must be a member in good standing to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. If you plan to attend please log in to the member portal via the login link at the top right corner of the homepage www.tranzac.org to check your membership status and ensure that your membership does not expire prior to November 11, 2025. You can renew your membership right there online if it has lapsed or will do so before the meeting. If you think your membership status or expiry date is incorrect, please email secretary@tranzac.org with details as soon as possible to allow time for resolution before the Meeting. If you are not yet a member please sign up online at www.tranzac.org, or at the Southern Cross bar, well ahead of the meeting to allow time for your application and payment to be processed and recorded before the Meeting. Receipt of the Notice does not necessarily mean that your membership is now in good standing, or that it will be at the Meeting date. Even if you received the notice, please verify that your membership will be in good standing on Nov 11th so you can attend and vote.
